Novarum DX is pleased to release two new case studies focussed on the apps created for two of our customers. Each study details the requirements for each reader, the challenges faced during development for both bespoke smartphone applications, and how Novarum DX overcame all obstacles to provide robust & reliable reader solutions. 

Our work with Scottish-based Hydrosense saw Novarum DX design an application for reading and sharing the results of one of the world’s leading tests for Legionella, ultimately increasing sales of the Hydrosense Legionella test by 20%. Novarum DX worked closely with Omega Diagnostics to create a smartphone reader for their VISITECT test which detects the immune status of HIV sufferers. Now in use as part of the GSMA ‘Mobile for Development mHealth’ Programme, the test and accompanying app will focus on connecting mobile and health in sub-Saharan Africa.
