I know it’s important to know the person you are working with when it comes to your little ones. So here’s a bit about me!

My name is Lynsey Adams. I am a mum of 2 young boys and as you can imagine, I love all things baby and child related. That’s why I chose a career in childcare. The idea for Bump Bundle and Beyond first came to me when I was pregnant with my second son. I was reading a fiction book about a highly successful executive who had become pregnant but had no support from partner, friends or work. Her worked suffered as she tried to get everything organized and I have since discovered this is often the case with working women trying to juggle career and pregnancy/newborns. People often question whether you can have it all – a career, social life and kids – of course you can!

This gave me the idea (along with re-watching the 80’s film Baby Boom!) that I would love to help make this balance easier and use my experience to help people prepare for their new arrival or indeed get some sleep when they have arrived. I did some research and discovered that this kind of service existed mostly in America and Canada and was hugely popular – I knew then I had hit on my future path!

I try to use my 20 years experience in a really positive and rewarding way – non-judgemental and with sense of humour! You need a sense of humour with little ones – sometimes when you feel pressured as a parent, a good laugh makes all the difference!

I am fully qualified with an NVQ in childcare, specialisms in sleep consultancy and I am currently studying at a baby planner university for a formal baby planning qualification.
